Ministry Opportunities This Week!

Weekly Day of Prayer & Fasting
Tuesday, July 1: Please participate in this day of prayer and fasting using Isaiah 58:6-12 as a guide for God’s “chosen fast.”  Believe together for the Kingdom of God to be advanced and the number of disciples multiplied through the ministries of VOPWC!

Bridegroom Fast
Tue. - Thurs., July 1-3: Please participate in this monthly fast for deeper intimacy with Jesus, our Heavenly Bridegroom! Information sheets are available at the Information Center.

“ACTS” and “Voice” (Cell) Groups
Our adult cell groups are Active, Caring, Thankful, Servant groups, and our youth cell groups are Voice groups (see Isaiah 40:3)! If you haven’t plugged in to one of our ACTS or Voice groups, why not start this week? You’ll be glad you did! Please contact us if you need more information or directions!

Marketplace Prayer Meeting
Thursday, July 3, 7:30 AM: at “Monogram Magic” on Jefferson St., Bluefield, WV. Come join us in prayer for businesses, government, and the marketplace!

Independence (Freedom) Day!
Friday, July 4: Celebrate the blessing of God of living in a free country! Praise God for His faithfulness to America! The church office will be closed.

First Friday Fast
Friday, July 4: Please continue to pray and fast for the healing of our nation and the global ministries of the IPHC. Pray for abortion to end in America.

No Intercessory Prayer

Sunday, July 20, Both Services: Sister Kathy Sandlin returns to minister the Word of the Lord. Invite your friends, family members, and neighbors to come, especially those who are pre-believers!

Church Board Meeting
Monday, July 21, 7:00 PM: in the Youth Center.

Seniors Luncheon
Sunday, July 27: after Morning Celebration in the Fellowship Hall. All seniors and their spouses are invited to stay for this free luncheon.

WV Camp Meeting Association Services “Bridging the Family Gap”
Aug. 4 - 7; 7:00 PM nightly: Guest speaker will be Rev. Richard Kingrea, Pastor of Harbor of Hope PH church in Christiansburg. Services will be at the Bluefield PH Church. See the posted flyers for more information.

Father/Son Campout
Aug. 8 - 9 (Fri. - Sat.): Dads, plan on spending this great time together with your sons. All Dads and sons are welcome! More information will be provided soon!
